You book a 60-minute slot, upload a recent match recording and hop into a private voice channel with your coach. They review the VOD live, run you through custom drills and send written notes afterwards so you can practise between lessons. Most players book a block of four.
Our metal is racked in a London Docklands data centre, giving most UK players sub-12ms ping. We can also spin up instances in Frankfurt or Amsterdam on request if your squad is spread across Europe. All plans include nightly backups and DDoS protection as standard.
The support desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by real people who play these games. Live chat and email are answered in minutes; complex server tickets are resolved within four hours. Our Clerkenwell office is open for pre-booked visits Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00.
If a booster cannot complete an order within the quoted window, you can switch to another player at no cost or take a pro-rated refund for the tiers not yet cleared. Coaching sessions cancelled at least 12 hours ahead are refunded in full. We put the whole policy in writing before you pay.
